David Ash
David has 17 years experience in the artificial intelligence field and financial markets, building trading systems deployed at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), and has managed a $4 billion fixed income book at D.E. Shaw and Company. David also has successfully built distributed AI-based e-commerce systems using open source technologies.
David is co-author of a book on artificial intelligence ("Planning for Real Time Event Response Management" published by a major publisher, Prentice Hall PTR), author or co-author of numerous published articles, and a PhD in computer science from Stanford. As an undergraduate, David was the then youngest winner of the North America-wide Putnam mathematical competition in history.
David is the founder and CEO of Real Time Agents Inc., a research and development company, and also serves as a mentor for the Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students (BASES) at Stanford.
Tully Antill
Tully has 15 years of IT experience and co-founded Internet Strategic, an internet software and website business, with David Sheardown.
Tully has project managed large infrastructure and application projects for leading financial services companies in Australia, specializing in banking, trading and mortgage systems, including: the migration of over 200 IT systems nationally for Westpac Bank (Australia); the development and delivery of a real time trading system at ABN Amro; and led a development team in the delivery of a loans application system at RAMS Home Loans.
Tully has developed and brought to market innovative web based business software for Internet Strategic, including development and licensing of an online financial system to Unisys Australia, a Business Intelligence/data warehouse product for the insurance industry, an ecommerce product and a website content editor. Tully also provides specialised consultancy on GUI, usability, web design, project management and change management best practices.
Tully oversees operations of the software and website divisions of Internet Strategic and is currently working on several exciting web 2.0 projects, including an online business networking site due for beta release this year.
David Sheardown
David has 22 years of experience in IT specialising in enterprise and internet systems, including banking, ERP, real time, ecommerce and business intelligence.
David is the co-founder of Internet Strategic, a software and web design company based in Australia.
As CTO of Internet Strategic, David designed and developed a browser-based collections system for Unisys Australia, and a Business Intelligence product for the financial services market. David has designed and deployed real time trading systems, mortgage and banking software systems in ABN AMRO, RAMS Home Loans, and Unisys. David has architected real time platforms for high-traffic websites such as the 2005 Rugby World Cup site that received millions of hits per day, and lead a team of developers in the re-design of an ERP and product lifecycle management system from IBM technologies to the latest Microsoft technologies as part of the Microsoft "Ascend" program. David provides technical consultancy and mentoring on the latest Microsoft technologies and online architectures to software startups and large corporations.
David has extensive experience in data warehouses, OLAP, .NET and distributed web-based architectures and has a keen interest in web 2.0 and future IT trends. David is currently working on projects that involve online business, social and mobile networking.

Contracted and consulted for top investment banking, clearing, and brokerage firms in U.S. ranging from Blue Chip/ Broker Trading/Loan Systems, Commodities Trading System, to the Federal Reserve Bank.
